I Joined the Biggest Loser Challenge and This is My Blog

Saturday, September 15, 2012

We all need to set some goals for these 12 weeks and plan how to be successful.

Here are mine:

I will work harder on drinking all the water I need

Track everything I eat and consistently measure

Do all the daily exercises

Shop with a grocery list- so I do not forget something important

Increase my cardio and strength training to include the days I work- even if a short time

Visit the chat thread everyday

Below are my before photos-day before challenge started.

Great goals!! You can do this! The Ivory Falcons are here to help! Water is SO important. Once you get used to it, you really won't want anything else. I always have a bottle of water with me!

    Sue,
Congratulations on a GREAT start. These are great goals. emoticon

I find it interesting the different things we all struggle with. Water I don't have a problem with but enough protein is my issue so that is something I'm a work in progress.

We will celebrate our journey together. emoticon

Great goals I always grocery shop with a list. I will start to struggle with my water as well now that the weather is turning colder. I use a refillable water and put a marker on it every time I fill it this way I know I need to drink at least 3 of them a day

my sister walks 15,000 steps a day at 63 years old and has lost 105 pounds. she went from a size 24 to a size 10. all her health issues dropped off as the 105 pounds dropped off.

i gave up grain and sugary products and have lost 44 pounds at age 60. i went from a size 18 to a size 10 shorts and medium tops from a 1 or 2x.

we are both still loosing weight until we reach our goal

    Sue emoticon plan!!
We'll be concentrating on water intake next week as a team. I find if I drink 2 large glasses of water (or 1 bottle) when I first wake up, it really helps me throughout the day.

Looking forward to celebrating successes with you this Challenge emoticon
