So I still haven't gotten around to starting my exercise plan but (because I'm broke at the moment) I've been picking up crazy extra-hours at work. Luckily, I do not have a desk job. I have a job where I'm constantly speed-walking to other locations. And have now lost about 15 lbs despite not purposefully exercising. I'm sure some of it is water-weight but anything to keep you motivated is a good thing. Seeing the numbers decrease on the scale definitely counts! I've decided I'm going to weigh myself weekly and use a tape-measure to see any changes that may not show up on a scale. Here's to progress!
