Documentation - that's what's needed.

I spent some time today writing out a month's worth of logs. Calorie's Eaten, Food Logs, Exercise Logs, Calories Burned...
Yes, I know, I track my stuff on here. But I like to see it all in one place. I'm able to write in what I'm tracking in an easier format so I can reference back and get meal inspiration (difficult to do on spark). And I have the added benefit of HAVING to write it in. No skipping b/c I'm busy. It's a commitment I've made to myself.

Starting tomorrow, I'm restarting Jillian's Body Revolution program. When I used it before, I used the first week as a Jumpstart week. She gives you that option and you end up working out 2x a day for those 6 days she has scheduled. It made such a difference!! I felt so amazing at the end of that first week. Incredibly sore, but absolutely amazing. I had also paired that first week with eating Paleo. (we just so happened to have been starting our Paleo eating at the same time)

I've just gotten to the point where I realize we have to be serious about our health. I'm so tired all the time and I've been getting sick lately (colds, severe sinus infection, etc). I just want to feel better. And fit into clothes. I'm at an impasse with my closet at the moment. I currently only have ONE pair of jeans that fit. I'm sad to fess up to that, but it's the truth. However, I have approximately 6 pair in the next size down. I'm planning to work hard to get into them. I don't want to buy any more pants in this size when I have brand new ones the next size down anyway.

So tomorrow, it starts. I'm nervous and determined all at once. I'm still fighting this sinus infection. It's settled in my right jawline/ear area and I'm miserable. Have to make another appt this week b/c the meds from the last appt did nothing.

I'm determined to record what I'm eating/exercising. I'm determined to stick with it. And I've decided NOT to weigh until the end of it. I'll weigh tomorrow and go with the measurements I recorded last month on here. I plan to have hubby take a "before pic" so I can see progress.
