For the week-end challenge we need to plan and post our meals for the week. So here are mine.


Meals for the week

Breakfast ( I always eat the same basic thing-as it stays with me to get me through to lunch)
Monday- scrambled egg with veggies- 35 calories toast with brown and Brummel, sugar free jelly
Tues- scrambled egg with veggies- 35 calories toast with brown and Brummel, sugar free jelly
Wednesday- scrambled egg with veggies- 35 calories toast with brown and Brummel, sugar free jelly
Thursday- scrambled egg with veggies- 35 calories toast with brown and Brummel, sugar free jelly
Friday- scrambled egg with veggies- 35 calories toast with brown and Brummel, sugar free jelly

Lunch

Monday-light liver sausage sandwich, ½ service small pretzels, yogurt with 6 almonds
Tuesday-Chicken salad, yogurt
Wednesday-tuna with pickles and miracle whip, yogurt
Thursday-lean cuisine entrée from freezer, yogurt
Friday-diet liver sausage sandwich, salad

Dinner

Monday-Pasty, salad
Tuesday-chicken breast, broccoli salad
Wednesday-pork roast, squash, salad
Thursday-skinless, boneless chicken thighs, salad, yogurt
Friday-dinner out- good choice based on menu options
