I am starting this week more motivated. Come on who is with me ?

I decided to start fresh this week. I am planning to exercise at least 5 times this week so:
Sunday - 35 min on elliptical --- done -- plus some abdominal crunches (bicycles) with Leslie Sansone
Monday - 50 minutes -- 3 mile walk with Leslie Sansone plus abs
Tuesday - 35 min on elliptical--done 3 x 20 abs
Wednesday - 50 min 3 mile walk with Leslie Sansone plus abs
Thursday - 2 times 10 minutes on treadmill http://www.youtube.com/watch?v

and 15 minutes on elliptical
