Our second team blogging assignment is to write about how we think we'll feel after reaching our goal weight.
Well, as a serial dieter, I have reached my goal weight a half dozen times and found that maintaining is the REAL challenge.
I'm not really shooting for a number on the scale. I'm going for a fitness/strength/nonplus size clothing goal.
I want to be at a point where I feel "right".
Hopefully, when that day arrives, I will also feel focused. I say that because if I'm not, I will not remain at that level of fitness or lower weight.
