New Habit & How I will do it!

Consistency is the habit I am trying to make a part of my life. Sparkpeople gives me all the neat tools to lead a more healthy lifestyle and it is up to me to be determined and consistent in using these tools. I have a large calendar here by the computer with my goals written down and will spend each morning before work checking off each of these goals and each evening before bedtime ensuring that all has been completed. I also have the Sparkpeople app on my iphone to help me stay on track.
