How do I encourage myself to stay on track?

Mostly it is logging in to Sparkpeople each day and being encouraged by my Sparkfriends by reading their blogs and posts. I gain so much knowledge from their wise words and experiences.
I also have a picture hanging in my bedroom of me when I was in my 40's and weighing about 40 pounds less. I was so active then and felt so good....I want that back!
