changing a habit, day five

Today's question is what can you improve upon? Relating this to the habit I've chosen to work on - slowing down my eating - really there was no where to go but up. I have been in a lifelong habit of eating too fast, and slowing down at all is an improvement over how I've eaten in the past.

Starting day five now, and so far so good... eating more mindfully, taking more time between bites, and purposefully taking longer to finish meals.
