changing a habit, day six

Still working away at this new habit of eating slower. It's going pretty well overall. I do have to frequently remind myself to slow down as I'm eating or before I know it I'll be plowing quickly through my meal as I've done all my life!
I welcome any words of advice on how to stick to my goals, or suggestions for how to become a more mindful and slower eater. It's really difficult, especially when busy, to keep the eating slow.
