It's the last day of this challenge, and I'm surprised at how much this blog has helped me in developing a better eating habit. Honestly, I didn't think it would be of much benefit to me, but I've been proven wrong.
Thank you to all who've stopped by with encouraging words and helpful advice. I appreciate that so much! Now I need to remain mindful and continue this program of eating slower until it becomes a new habit for me.
