BLC Break Goals & Plan

The Biggest Loser Challenge comes to a close and I want to continue the challenge while waiting for the next one to officially begin.

My Goals for the Break
1) Lose about 1 lb per week
2) Get at least 350 fitness minutes/week
3) Complete my first 5k of the season

My Action Plan
1) Continue tracking nutrition daily and stay in range
2) Keep same schedule as BLC (Wed Weigh In & Rest Day, Thurs TNT, Fri-Mon Weekend Challenge, Tues LCW)
3) Recycle Challenges from BLC21 and use them in the weeks off
4) Start Run/Walk training for 5k season
