May 2013 Update

I'm staying steady around 152 pounds. I'm not currently on a strict workout routine. I'm working on changing that. My shoulders are improving and I'm looking to start my workout routine again. The weather has warmed and I'm hoping that I can start C25K soon, hopefully this week if all goes as planned.
