May 2013 Update

Monday, May 20, 2013

I'm staying steady around 152 pounds. I'm not currently on a strict workout routine. I'm working on changing that. My shoulders are improving and I'm looking to start my workout routine again. The weather has warmed and I'm hoping that I can start C25K soon, hopefully this week if all goes as planned.

I hope everything is going great for all of you. Keep sparkling and keep your heads up.
