Today's weigh in: 151.8 lbs.
Summer is off to a great start. I'm surprised at the number because I've had a very difficult time managing my calorie intake. I'm slowly working on it and sticking in there, just pushing forward.
It's the start of a new week and there are a lot of changes to come. I wanted to start C25K today but I'm a little hesitant. I start running injure my hips and then I have to stop. Then I start turbo jam which I loved, I was in week 10 of a 20 week challenge and then I injure my shoulders. I may just start with something simple like the elliptical and work on my endurance for now. I've been out of commission for 8 weeks or so now. So I'm just going to need to work my way up and try and avoid an injury this time around. Maybe I'm just clumsy.
