Time really does fly! I just can hardly believe it is already June. This week I am going to shake things up and try adding some running to the mix. In a interval sort of way. Run as far as I can, then walk for at least 4 minutes. I'll have to see how I do the first time to get my times down.
I am a bit nervous about adding it. I have made it nearly a year without run...except for my life, which I don't recall having to do. I am hoping this is the finger that will pull the trigger in pushing through this plateau.
I have already wore out my last pair of shoes. I need two pair. One for walking and one for running. I've been using running shoe to take my long walks home and I am finding that I just don't have proper foot support in a running shoes for that long of a walk.
