I have stayed true to bringing my own lunches to work so that I know what I am eating. I had little "unhealthy" snacks along the way, but still managed to release 2lbs last week. I have been using the treadmill, walking more and recently started using Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. When you see progress, you will continue on with your journey and push yourself harder.
I have been pushing myself to dig deeper and do what needs to be done to reach the goals that I have set. I hit a HUGE monument (for me anyways) where I finally got into the 260's (I have been wavering between 280 and lower 270's for a long time and I do not plan on going back there.
I would highly recommend the 30 day shred. It is 20 minutes!! I thought it was an hour long. But she really pushes you to keep going. There are 4 different levels and you can start wherever you feel most comfortable and keep going from there.
If you do not particularly care for her, I have always been a huge fan of Tae-Bo... always made me feel like a bad a** when I did Tae-Bo lol
Don't give up! Dig deep!
