Well, I had a rough week. As you can se, my fitness minutes were way down this week and I didn't track food a couple of days so I don't know my weekly deficit. So this week, I'm going back to square 1.
1. Track every bite that goes into my mouth
2. At least 60 minutes of exercise every day
3. I'm still sweets free but I have started getting into some processed snacks (trail mix, chips, etc) so I want to get back to eating the fruits and veggies
4. Get settled (thankfully, this should be happening at the beginning of next week)
So, going into week 8 of BLC means that we are 2/3 of the way through this thing. I want to end with a
ROAR, not a whimper. It's time to get back my Focus
