emoticon Thoughts on 3 years

I can't believe it's been 3 years!

I wish I hadn't wasted the first year by not interacting at all. emoticon

I thought I would make goal by now. : (

My progress has been very slow but it is still progress. :D

Last year is when my light bulb hit, and I came more active in SparkPeople! So everyone goes thou the slump.. The good thing I too learned that slow and steady wins the race, and sometimes you will step forward and backward sometimes, but the end result is a better lifestyle. Congrats on your 3 year Anniversary!!!

Of course the thing about meeting goal is that over time we change and or add new goals. Taking these years to really internalize healthy living is far far better than any quick weight loss would be. I had years and years of wt loss followed by gain when I went back to "normal" It took a long time to finally realize that I had to create a new normal.

Congrats on a very successful three years and here's to many more!

It took me three years to figure things out and then I needed just a bit more to "get it." So, maybe that's just the right time? We're making it now, baby!!!!

Great job on three years. You are making such a change for yourself by staying committed to health for three years. You are keeping off what you lost and that is so important.

    I love Spark also.

Just hang in there and keep on keeping on. You may not be at your goal but if you hadn't been sparkin' for the past three years, how much farther from your goal would you be?

I wasted a year by leaving. So glad you are still here. Enjoy. Slow and steady wins the race.
