Finals Week: BLC22

Today begins the final week of BLC22. I have decided I want to treat this week like final exams and put into practice everything I have learned this round so, with that said, my goals for this week are:

1. At least 5 servings of freggies every day (I plan to go visit the farmer’s market this Saturday to really stock up on some goodies)


2. At least 60 minutes of exercise each day

3. Track every meal, every snack and every bite, lick and taste of food

4. Lose one pound


I hope you have had a successful round but if not, make a plan now for how you will succeed in BLC23. Perseverance will get you to your goal. It may be painful times, it may be slow going but you will get there.

    Hi Suzie! I didn't know you were on the BLC22, what team were you on? I was a Fabulous FOX this round... I lost -17.5 inches and -15 lbs this round... adding up to -31 lbs since BLC21, January 16. Whoot! So excited!
