Measuring up !

Thursday, August 22, 2013

Well I've not really been keeping up with the measuring of myself because I've not really had much weight loss in 4 months only about 12 pounds so I didn't think I really lost much in the inches either. So I just put it off for all that time , however I have been doing water arobics at least 3 to 4 times a week for around 30 to 40 minutes. I do enjoy exercising in the pool , no sweat , , no getting out of breath , and only myself to keep up with . I use water weights as well to make it a bit more challenging.
So today I pulled out the tape measure . Oh boy what a nice suprise I've lost 10.5 in. but like I said only 12 lbs. In around 4 months .Well it was nice , 2 and a half inches on the upper arm and 2 on all the other , leg , hips , waist , chest . emoticon so the water arobic is really paying off , and this inspires me , cause I wasnt seeing that darn scale move to much lately and was feeling discouraged.so dont forget dear Spark buddies l if you've been working hard and eating right , dont go by that darn scale. Just go measure up and you'll probably be pleasantly suprised too. Have a great day folks, keep sparking

that crazy old scale has an opinion of its own that it can keep to itself. we see non-scale victories in how our clothes fit, how we feel when we move, how much easier it is to do things, , our increased energy.....our inches lost!!!!! congratulations on seeing the reward of your hard work confirmed on tape!!! Keep up the good work- it is working for you
