I seem to have a lot of soft-tissue issues, as my body adjusts. A 1986, 15-Minute workout book that I got is really helping me isolate/find muscles that I am rarely conscious of--mostly in my arms and back and some in my shoulders. It is like I have not had good nerve feedback from these areas. Abravanel's Body-Type book mentioned that I needed isolated muscle exercise, but he always referred to gym equipment, so I rarely had that opportunity.

It seems tha facia is stuck in a lot of these areas. I am using some arnica gel--need to get more next month when I have some more money, again. It helps. If I had a good, inexpensive massage therapist around, s/he would do a good job, too--though it seems to take a number of treatments to get this softened-up. One M-Therapist woked on an upper arm a few years ago, and helped it. I think that had she not, I would not be having as much success getting my nect more limber. Arnica gel helps a lot, though.

My neck still is really stiff on one side--which means that as it loosens, the other side will have horrendous problems!

Anyway, I am getting more time in the shed this week, and hopefully forever! I like the yard enough to stay here, and most apartments, as I have mentioned, are not healthy for my anyway, though not as bad as this house has been. One problem clears up and then it rains almost daily for almost a year and mokly smells abound--inside and out!

I read Dianetics decades ago and really liked it. I think they miss the point, though--before one idea can be released properly, a better one, taking-on the same issue(s) needs to be inplace. I think their library of books helps with that, though. I have read a couple of them and really like the ideas. I don't yet inow about their methods, but I like that books.

I can walk now, with my chest up, without stumbling backward whenevre the terrain is a bit uneven. I found some muscle, behind the Keggle spot (which only would irritate my sphincter there) that seems to ground me. I still forget to activate it, but am getting better about that. It gets so fatigued, so quickly! I am getting a better curve in my lower back. I think that helps to keep that pelvic floor muscle activated.

I was taught to keep my butt tucked in, that this would "contain" the female organs in my gut and avoid a lot of problems. --Didn't work for me!! I still have to consciously put the curve in place, and I am trying to get it a bit lower than my waist--partly to add some limberness to my day and stabilize my balance while I sit.
