I'm So ready for this 5% Challenge!

It's been about a month since I returned from my vacation and brought home some unwanted pounds. Before I left, I was so close to goal.
I never imagined it would be such a struggle to get back to tracking and making good choices again.
I have been really annoyed with myself. It's Never been easy for me.
I'm so glad that this Fall Challenge is starting. It is just what I need to get me motivated and to get my focus back.
I want to reach my goal weight by the end of this challenge. I know what I need to do:
Track, plan, drink lots of water, plan, eat at home when possible, plan, buy and eat LOTS of veggies and fruits, plan, exercise first thing in the morning, plan, make good choices, You can guess what comes next and what I fail at the most..plan. lol
There's the old saying "fail to plan and plan to fail." That's been a big part of my problems the last few weeks. In preparation for this challenge I have planned my meals for this week along with some healthy snacks.
I'm gonna do whatever it takes to get it done!
Let's do it! Go Starfish!
