Interval training yesterday for the first time didn't kill me, so I tried it again today.
I found I can manually set the intervals; by moving the "slow" speed to 2.5, I was given the fast speed of 5.0--too much for me right now. So, back to 2.0, still faster than the "auto" one yesterday, for the "rest" interval and still 4.0 for the "fast" interval.
Now, just need to work at staying balanced on the treadmill during the jog time without holding on to the grips. I'm working on not hunching my shoulders while I do the job. And "learning" to run with heel down first.
