Checked this morning and I am almost 10lbs down from my starting weight of 165. But I have been at this weight for a couple weeks so really looking to try and break through this barrier. But not discouraged. Still loving my Crossfit and the way it makes me feel.
Went to my annual doctor appointment a couple weeks ago and got a great report, which is super. He said he could even feel muscles in my abs. Thanks Brian Custer with Killbox Crossfit!
