Today is my weigh day. This morning, I was at 240.6. I'm liking it. Looking forward to more lower numbers.
In other news, I did my interval training and, while I didn't use the hand grips again, I didn't feel I was losing my balance.
Also, we dropped off 6 bags of mostly my clothes. Too big. So, I win by losing and so does a local charity's resale shop.
