I was drawn to your blog 'cause that's how I've been feeling. I'm going to follow my own advice to you:
Breathe. Stand up. Walk around the house - upstairs too if you have an upstairs - focusing ONLY on breathing and walking. Make sure you walk through the kitchen. Your last stop should be at a door to the outside. Open the door and step outside. Breathe.
Now we can make choices. Let's make one that's is good to us.
