What's going on???????

So, this a.m., when I weighed, I was UP 2 pounds. What's with that????
I haven't eaten anything much different from before and I felt I was being more careful about portions and choices. I exercised 5x last week, 30 minutes a pop using interval program on the treadmill. I was expecting a lower number than last week.
I'm confused because I thought I was doing what needed to be done to continue to lose.
I'm disappointed that I'm not continuing to lose.
I'm frustrated because I'm not losing.
I know, I know, this is one week at one point and it is only 2 pounds. BUT, the scale is going up and I want it to go down. I thought all was in order to keep the scale going down, and then this happened.
I'm not depressed or despairing over this this, but I am concerned that I need to be more watchful in some other ways that I'm not paying attention to or watching.
I'll be o.k. about this, but I will continue to think about it.
