After yesterday's "melt down," I'm better today. Still haven't decided what caused the weight gain, but am moving on and trying to be more diligent.
I recognize the value of a "rest" day, so am trying to honor that and balance that with the NEED to exercise. So, I'll try to not take more than 1 day off at a time; 2 days in a row are bad.
I'm staying the course.
