It's one of those weeks. I gained a lot of weight in the last two weeks and I don't know why. I'm trying to be positive and get back on track, really I am. The problem is I'm not sure what "back on track" looks like right now. Trying to find a routine is something I have struggled with more and more. I've picked up a TON of tutoring to try to make enough money to sustain myself. Which leaves me less and less time to exercise and what I have been doing (the subject of another blog to come) seems to not be having any effect. I thought I was eating healthy but apparently not....I've started tracking again but don't know where the problem is. I need to do something to break the cycle of negativity and give me a positive upward boost but I can't seem to figure out what that is.
