Some NSVs to go with my almost 2lb loss this week

First off, I'll say I almost skipped weighing in this week because I was so sure I'd messed up. One day this week I ate 3700 calories! I had pizza twice! I ate 4 cinnamon rolls in one day (believe it or not, that was a different day than the 3700)! I was lying in bed nursing my 5 month old and feeling the broad expanse of my belly and getting sad about messing up so many times these past few weeks.

So, as I was lying there, I came up with some NSVs to blog about that might keep my mind off of what I was sure was a scale gain. I'll blog about them anyway to try and retrain my brain to focus on all the fitness/wellness positives rather than a stupid number on a scale. emoticon

1) A pair of size 14 "motivation" jeans I found on sale a few months ago button. Three weeks ago I had to wear them with my pregnancy belly band to keep them on.

2) I can consistently get to and maintain crow pose as of this week. (Though I doubt my abs will ever look like this guy's, haha)

3) For the first time yesterday, I got the bind with *good form* in extended side angle pose, though only on my left side.

4) I put myself to bed before 10pm TWICE this week. I can't remember the last time I did that even once!
