Ok I know it has been a long time. But I've given myself a kick. I must start tracking again. I know it works and if I want this then I have to think about what I eat rather than just put food in my mouth. I don't regret the last couple of months. Regrets and excuses really don't help. It happen now I have to move on and find some positives.
I have come up with - I kept the exercise going during my binge. So I have put on a couple of pounds. If I didn't go to the gym it would have been a lot more. I know that just the exercise is not going to help me lose weight. Although I do like exercise and I can push myself.
I want to find a trainer that will give me a fitness test (including weight) give me a program for 6-8 weeks and then re-access me.
My goal for December is 2000 CV mins, 34 mins at Parkrun and Food tracking.
