Tiny Tot Tuesday

I love Tuesdays. My little 3 & 4 year old students are so cute. Well, for sure one of them. He had some stickers on his head and he was bouncing around when he saw me(he loves computer class), He asked him about the stickers and he said that he was a Christmas Minion. (Now if you have not seen the cute movie with minions, you won't know what I'm talking about ) Anyway, it was so cute, then we went to pick up the little girl and other little boy. While we were waiting for the other little boy to finish his snack, the 4 year old was giving the little girl one of his "minion" stickers. It was so cute. Then the 3 of them went hand and hand to the room where I had computers set up. The little girl in the middle of the two little boys. It was so adorable. ( I guess that some would call that sexual harassment, like that little boy that is six that kissed one of his classmates. What is the matter with this world? ) Anyway, I think he is so cute.
I made up a wonderful snack.. apples chopped up, mixed with cinnamon, apple pie spice, lemon juice, and brown sugar. I took this mixture and put it in reduced fat crescent rolls, and baked them. Yum. I took part of the recipe from the apple hand pies, but put it in rolls instead of the phyllo dough. Anyway, almost like eating little snack pies. Next time I will roll the rolls out a little more so I could get more apple filling in them. My daughter was wondering if it work well with pears. I think it would. (My grandson is allergic to apples.)
