I learn something new everyday.

I'm proud of myself for sticking to the reduced portions for this past week I've gotten "back on the horse". But, just when I was getting down for not squeezing in exercise, I find a wonderful list on this site. With my back hurting and my knee messed up (from Lord knows what I did to it...), it's just enough for me to accomplish daily tasks around the house, much less jump on my Airwalker for any amount of time. By the end of the day, I'm hurting too much to do more than sit in the rocking chair and relax. But, after seeing this list, it makes me feel better. I know, I know, it's not an excuse to skip exercise, but at least I know it is making some sort of impact. :) I guess something is better than nothing - even though I noticed it doesn't mention LAUNDRY... lol. :)
Here's the part that I can relate to:

Well, that is exciting news :). I am still working on my last "baby weight". Um, he is 15 0_0 so man, I have to get my rear in gear too! I kept on at least 10 pounds after each of my 4 babies. Had them all in 7 years and LOVED it to no end. But I kind of got lost in it all when it came to my health. Here's to a new year and a new look at life POST baby weight and such!

Thanks for adding me! I CAN totally relate to your comments left for me....When I had my son 10 years ago, I weighed 265. I quit feeling fat about where I am, 180, but am still not totally at ease with my body. I am pursing the 160's, and a size 8, just like you! Lets make it happen this year, slowly and surely, never quitting! emoticon emoticon emoticon
