Week 3- New Year, New Me

Current Weight - 200.8 lbs. Next week I should be under 200, the first time in almost 20 years. This is usually the point where I plateau and go back to my old eating habits. But I am confident that I can push below 200 lbs.
1/19-25/2014 - Walked for 20 minutes each day. I did eat more fruits and vegetables this week. Three days I had 2 carrot sticks, the pre-cut kind. Had a can of peaches and a few cantaloupes spears. I'm still eating a banana a day, which is helping my legs and knees. I have a weakness for having chips with my lunch, so this week I decided to cut back. I only had chips on Friday with lunch.
