Week 4 - New Year, New Me

1/26 - 2/1 My weight is 198.2 lbs. Finally in Onderland. My clothes are looser. I'm able to move better. I have lost 4 inches off my waist since Oct 2013 and it feels great.
This week I walked for 30 minutes. I added grapes to my list of daily fruit/vegetables.
Instead of chips this week I had Nilla Wafers. Hoping that was a better choice. Soon it will be time to purchase new clothes, mainly dress pants, blue jeans and shorts.
