Lekeshia, I'm sorry that things are a bit difficult right now. We all slip up at times and eat more than we should or we eat the wrong things. I do it and feel guilty every time!
Sometimes you just have to try and focus on what losing weight and being healthy really means to you and how it will change your life. Think of all your time and effort that you put into working out and remember that this is going to be hard but you are worth every effort!
I try to have only a few snack/sugary things at home like cookies and then I try to limit how many I eat. It's best to have some of these things at home and eat them from time to time in moderation. Otherwise I know I will run to the shops and buy a lot of unhealthy food! Take care.

Know that the first 3 to 5 days of recovery are hardest. After that you will feel more stable and the biggest cravings will be over. Hang in there! emoticon

It is true... the draw to those foods is very strong and takes constant choices to avoid. You can do it! Proud of you for realizing it and wanting to make the change!

The important thing is to never give up. This journey is a process and you are not alone in this, please believe me we all go through this at one time or another. It's ok not be perfect at this, non of us are all the time. Just keep moving forward, remember why your on this path at this time in your life. We can accomplish what we set our minds to. This is possible!! emoticon
