What happens after you reach your goal?

I met my weight loss goal about several weeks ago.. I started adding more calories to my diet, and kept exercising for only about a week. I relaxed TOO much however, and now I am up 3 pounds. In the meantime my computer crashed and it was too hard to check in with Sparkpeople from my phone, so I wasn't tracking my food either. Got the computer problem solved and think I found my motivation again. It's weird that I actually felt those pounds in the way my clothes were fitting, and I felt so sluggish because I wasn't walking like before. So I am back on the program, I NEED to keep exercising to stay fit, and I think the extra pounds will go away quickly. It is a real balancing act!!
