since i joined this in sept 2012 i have lost 41 lbs... since may of 2012 (when i had my baby) its 71 lbs. slowly but surely i will keep decreasing my weight some weeks i lose nothing, some weeks 3lbs. i know its the weeks i exercise everyday i lose the weight. so why not just exercise all the time? big duh to me???? anyway i have been planking every day for 3 weeks now and i am up to a 70 second plank! unbelievable! if you would have told me 3 weeks ago that, i would not believe it. when i started only a 7 second plank!
