Just rambling...

I am kind of in a two-steps back mode with my food intake, a busy schedule has pushed me back into my old ways of running for fast food because I didn't plan meals so that I would have healthy choices. I am up a few pounds. Today is a new day to make amends with myself and do better. I started this journey "this time" in January, and I thought it was a stretch to push myself to do 600 minutes of exercise in a month. Now, I am far exceeding that, and I am over 8,000 minutes of exercise since January. Everything is doable, everything is a choice. I just need to remember that I need to make the right choices so that I start moving forward again! I need to make that time to keep my routine intact. That's all, it's pretty simple! I am looking forward to the new BLC summer challenge. The last challenge helped me lose 9#. I don't want to ever see my heaviest weight again! There's my motivation :D.
