Okay, I know I'm going to the doctor next week, but this fatigue is really getting to me. I have so much I want to get done, but don't have the energy for any of it. My muscles sometimes feel as if I just got done with an intense work out and I'm exhausted.

I did okay yesterday, but today has been a wash. I drank my juice, though it didn't have kale in it, just spinach, apple, orange, lemon and a few carrots (still yummy) but no cucumber. I got all the stuff for it today - minus the kale. After eating, what I finally figured out was bad kale, I just don't have a taste for it. But still, that juicing is one of the few ways I can have energy is at least showing me that some of it is diet. I'm not getting the nutrients I need from my regular eating. I'm glad the juice tastes so good! Even my two little girls like most of the ones that I make

emoticon I'm going to try to double my juice recipe for tomorrow, I'll need all of the energy I can get. I'm going to the pool with a friend and she always wears me out when we go out together. Plus I'm thinking about going to see the doctor about my fatigue in the morning before I meet her, and that will really wear me out. I don't know if I should go in the morning (to the doctor) but I'm just so tired of being tired! I want to know what is causing it and fix it! I juiced this morning, but I still have no energy today. I'm just so frustrated.

I guess it depends on how I'm feeling in the morning and how early of an appointment I can get. I'll find out in the morning.

i am glad you will be seeing the doctor about the fatigue! It can be a symptom of something else. Better to be sure!
