Paleo Challenge - Week 1 in the books

So, today marks the beginning of week 2, end of week one in the challenge.
How did I do?
Workouts: I only made it through three workouts this week - 2 that were at the box and 1 that I did on my own at my gym (I did the WOD at my gym as my work hours prevented me from getting to the box when they had class). I also did additional workout with my trainer - so 4 total workouts. I'm pretty proud of that.
Eating: It was easier than I thought it would be. No major detox, sugar cravings etc. I have a problem with underrating, and I think that this was an issue again this week, as I cut out things like my Fage 2% Greek yogurt, but didn't replace it with a lean protein, etc. But all in all, I feel good. Hungry at night. No major headaches etc. I don't feel bloated, etc, but don't think I did before either.
Weight loss: This AM I weigh 190.4 (and weighed this multi times all weekend, so I think it is an accurate reflection). Which means 1.6# weight loss in 1 week. Not bad considering I wasn't counting calories - just trying to feed the machine.
The week ahead:
--I'm going to do the WOD on my own this AM at the gym, as the Box is only open at night tonight and I'm working an evening shift. Then I'll get in Tuesday, Friday and Saturday at the Box - 4 workouts.
--Food: will plan my meals tomorrow - but I'm thinking of making Spicy Jalepeno Buffalo Burgers with a sweet potato pancake buns.
