Athelete of the Month....me?!?

As you guys may know, I joined a CrossFit box near the end of May and have been loving the change of pace. I'm at the point where I get super sad when I have to miss a workout because of my work schedule and I hustle home at the end of the day to make it to the 5:30 class after work. Who is this girl???

Since starting, I've gained strength and confidence. I've changed my eating style. I've lost some of the extra weight I've been carrying around. I'm less moody, have more energy and I've gained a bunch of new friends. Here is a Progress picture:

Thanks for reading! I'm stoked. Now for the workout today - some things I'm loving: hang snatches, heavy back squats. Then heavy sled pulls (love sled pulls but this sounds daunting): body weight sled pull for 400m - what?!?! Lastly, we are recreating the CF Open WOD 12.1 - 7 minute of burpees - as many as possible - that.is.my.nemesis!! But I'll get 'er done!
