BLC26 - Expectations

Hummm. That seems like a loaded statement just as a title. For BLC26 my only expectation is that my amazing team of ladies will help to keep me motivated! My expectations of me during this BLC round is for me to be more active than I have ever been. Active on the chat thread, active thinking of creative ways to do our TNT challenges, and active doing what needs to be done. I have signed up for both streaking events. The 20 minutes of fitness 5 days a week, will be easy, the 6 servings of FREGGIES 5 days a week will not be so easy. I know that nutrition continues to be an opportunity for me to conquer. Its not that I eat bad, I normally stay close to the calorie limit my health coach has given me, while keeping my fat, fiber, carbs and protein where they need to be, just I tend to not include many Freggies in those numbers. I have only put a goal of 12 pounds down as a loss for this round. I know if I stick to my plan, I should have no problems reaching or exceeding this goal. I am stronger now that I was last round and pray that my health issues are a thing of the past. I've planned my workouts assuming that there will not be any health related hiccups. If there are, I'll reach out to my team captain and/or BLC Admin for ideas of how to work around any limitations.
Mainly for this round, I want to help others. I know this is something that helps to keep me in check while I'm helping them. I am so grateful that Carolyn asked me to be one of the co-captains this round, and I think that in being our team's TNT co-captain this will help me stay focused and move forward with my weight loss goals.
