emoticon this is what I am doing my best to do.. with taking care of my husband,, driving him a couple hundred miles to Dr./hospital visits, I for got to take care of me.. His medical staff said Annie YOU MUST take care of you.. I have had a stroke and thanks to God, I came back almost 100%.. I gained back my weight.. only doing for him.. I am now doing this for ME,, to beable to take care of him.. I am ME and want to be a healthy ME.. my first BLOG ever,, I hope I did this right..

    You have a lot to deal with and I know from experience that you need to get a break at times if only 30 mins. to go for a walk to clear your mind.

    emoticon I don't think there is any wrong way to write a blog. i know I was hesitant when i wrote my first blog. It sounds like you have a lot to take care of and now you are going to take care of yourself too.
