TNT from HELL!!!

So I had this brilliant idea for doing "seesaws" as a TNT option for this week. Something to change it up a little bit, something to show the Scarlet SEALs that we CAN do more than we think we can, that we ARE stronger than we think we are. Then another co-captain suggested letting "winners" have a choice with their exercises, so I ran with it. I let the top points earners from last week's TNT challenge, send me their favorite and least favorite strength training exercises and they were doosies. All I can say is OH EM GEE!!! I almost didn't think that I could do them all. Before I was any where near finished it already hurt to move and to walk. We had a total of 8 exercises and a total of 78 reps of each to do. That's a total of 624 reps. I'm praying I'll be able to get out of bed in the morning!!! Next time, I think I should pick the exercises. I'm proud of the efforts that the Scarlet SEALs are putting forth for this round, but I didn't sign up for military style boot camp and I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way. Next time I'll have options for beginners, intermediate and for those freakishly crazy types...

    I agree, that one was the TNT from Hell! I gotta say Thank you though---I'm just glad that the Burpee's weren't paired with the Sprinter's!! HEY,HEY...DON'T get any other bright idea's! emoticon emoticon
