WEC 3: Surveillance

Plan of Attack:
*Track all calories and stay between 1300 and 1500 calories each day.
*Exercise at least 60 minutes cardio per day.
---Monday Step-ups and Walking
I might also add in some fitness videos either from sparkpeople or on demand.
*Interact with team every day
*Maintain deficit of at least 500 calories, but shoot for >750 calories
-Lounging around on Saturday or Sunday, getting motivated to move
-Eating out. We will be going out at least once this weekend, but currently we are planning to go to a healthier cafe with lots of great veg options.
Planning to achieve Captain rank (400 pts), but will strive for Colonel rank (500 pts)
