What's next ?

I am at the halfway point tomorrow of the free 90 day bikini body mommy 3.0 challenge that I am following. So thinking ahead to what's next ? Well first off with what I am doing now 3 days a week are strength workouts and 3 are cardio (the cardio is more like hiit with some strength type moves). The workouts are around 20-25 minutes. I do add in extra cardio on days when I have more energy but if I am dragging and really sore I feel like I do get in a good workout and do not add in more extra like time on the exercise bike , etc. Am now up to using 8 lb weights so am getting stronger. But I am thinking ahead. This lady might put out something after this but nothing has been announced yet. I could go back to using walking type workouts like Jessica Smith or Leslie Sansone and do 2-3 days of workouts with weights like Jessica Smith or fitnessblender or tone it up beach girls workouts (these can be found on youtube). Or I was thinking of possibly the 21 day fix program - will not buy it new can't afford that, but afraid the food plan will seem complicated and strict that will stress me more . Not sure any thoughts ? Some friends in a group are getting exercise hula hoops but I am still dragging my feet on that too . Do think I want to get a jump rope this spring so when I go outside with the kids I got something to do besides sit and wait on them .

    I love that you are planning your next challenge now. - LiveStrong has a free set of videos in the style of insanity etc - and the eating plan if you want it to.

    Jumping rope is a good idea if you can do high impact workouts! Figure out what you really love to do and can fit into your schedule and work from there. I really love walking, doing the elliptical, walking videos, Fitness Blender, yoga, ST so I have a variety to choose from! Good luck with your choices~

    I'm fairly lucky because I have spring temps here so I can go outside regularly now!

    Love your idea of jumping rope while the kids are outside playing. No reason to just sit and wait for them to finish playing. Why not play too: run around with them, throw or kick a ball; go to the park and play on the swings and go down the slide too.

    My daughter loved to go to the park and I'd play with her on the equipment. This lasted all the way through college. Yes, she'd come home on break and say, "Hey Mom, let's go to the park and swing." You're never to old to swing.

    Spring is already in full bloom where I live in California. Hope it comes soon to where you are.
