I dont think it is the panacea people may try to make it out to be... I haven't dropped weight any faster than with any other diet I have been on.
But -- food cravings? Gone!
Sweet cravings? Gone!
Feeling hungry, practically starving? Gone!
Feeling stuffed to the gills after certain meals? Gone!
Those are pretty good reasons. I am willing to continue with it. I am not preaching it to anyone else. But, it has worked for me. I still count calories. The weight is coming off slowly. I am pleased enough with those things.
