Detailed Goals

Lose 1 pound per week
Eat a piece of fruit every day emoticon

Restaurant goal:
Order what I want but only eat 1/2 (or less) and save the rest for at home meals. (unless it's fish, yuk on leftovers. Split fish with someone at the table.)

Buffet goal:
Figure out the healthiest thing and eat that first. emoticon
Drink a lot of water emoticon
Eat until I'm full and not until I'm stuffed. emoticon

Exercise goal:
Still working on this one. emoticon

REMEMBER, food will not disappear from my life if I don't eat everything offered.

    These are great goals! If I may make a recommendation, my favorite exercise goal is just simply, "Movement, 30 minutes a day." That way if I feel like running, that works! Walking works! Biking works! DVD workouts work! Something similar to that might be what you'd like. I know others start with 10 minutes a day and work up.
