Well, it's been a bummer summer !

I have not gotten to ride my bike or exercise in at least 2 weeks because of a hurt knee. I was mopping my back porch laminate floor and slipped but caught myself. When I did that I jerked my knee sideways and it has been hurting since. I walked for about 30-45 minutes last weekend and when I got back it was killing me. Plus I think I have lost motivation and need to get my rear in gear. I haven' t lost weight in a month ! I have only lost and gained the same 2.5- 3 pounds! Arrgh! What is wrong with me? I was doing so great and being diligent about points and what I ate and now have been slacking off and feeling down!
